One connected journey
How GP-Hubs works
Clinical assessment, prescriber review, pharmacy dispensing and tracked delivery live in one private service and one patient record.
1. Answer clinical questions
Choose a condition and complete its clinically approved questionnaire. Questions are shown together, saved as you go and evaluated by Hospitalnote. If an answer means online treatment is unsafe, the assessment stops immediately and explains the appropriate next step.
2. Choose a treatment preference
If you are eligible for clinical review, you see only the medicines and pack variants permitted by the screening outcome. This is a preference, not a prescription or approval.
3. Verify and pay securely
Your private account is verified by email. Contact details, delivery address and delivery choice stay with GP-Hubs and Hospitalnote. Card payment takes place through Stripe hosted Checkout.
Paying does not guarantee supply. Payment creates a clinical review task; if the prescriber declines, a full automatic refund is started.
4. Prescriber and pharmacy review
A registered prescriber reviews every request and may approve and issue a prescription, ask for more information, or decline and explain the next step. If a prescription is issued, the registered pharmacy performs its own independent checks before dispensing.
5. Plain, tracked delivery
Dispensed medicine is packed discreetly and sent using the delivery service you selected. Human-readable progress—from payment through review and dispensing to delivery—appears in your patient portal.
