Delivery

Where we deliver, how dispatch works and what to do if an order does not arrive. Updated 1 October 2026.

Where we deliver and what it costs

We deliver medicines within the United Kingdom, subject to availability for your address and treatment. We do not deliver medicines internationally. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your address, contact info@gphubs.com before paying.

Available tracked delivery options and charges are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) at checkout, separately from the cost of your medicine request and any optional review fee. Options may vary by treatment. Free delivery applies only when the delivery charge shown at checkout is £0.00.

Assessment comes before dispatch

Payment does not mean a prescription has been approved or a parcel has been dispatched. The prescriber may request further information or decline treatment. Pharmacy Warehouse Ltd independently checks prescriptions before dispensing and dispatch.

Clinical review, requests for further information, stock availability and pharmacy checks can affect when your medicine is dispatched. Choosing a faster delivery service does not speed up or bypass those checks. If we cannot fulfil your request, we contact you and refund it in accordance with our refund policy.

Estimated delivery times

Where available, Tracked 24 has an estimated delivery time of one to two working days, and Tracked 48 has an estimated delivery time of two to three working days. These estimates start from dispatch, not payment, and are not guaranteed. Weekends, public holidays, your location and carrier delays can affect when your parcel arrives.

Tracking is available in your patient portal after dispatch. Contact us if tracking stops updating or delivery takes longer than expected. Do not rely on postal delivery for urgent or emergency treatment.

Receiving your medicine

Check your name and delivery address before paying. Contact us promptly if either needs correcting; changes may not be possible after dispatch. Medicines are sent in plain outer packaging. Follow the pharmacy’s instructions for receiving, handling and storing your medicine.

When your parcel arrives, check the medicine and packaging, and read the patient information leaflet. If the parcel is damaged, the medicine is incorrect or you are concerned about its condition, do not use it until you have received advice from the clinical or pharmacy team.

Delayed, missing or damaged parcels

If your parcel is delayed, missing or damaged, email info@gphubs.com with your request reference so we can investigate. For concerns about using or storing medicine, contact medicalteam@gphubs.com or use secure portal messaging. Use the secure patient portal to share sensitive medical information.

We will investigate with the pharmacy or carrier and arrange an appropriate remedy. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Do not return medicines to our registered office without instructions.
