Clinical service

GP-Hubs provides a CQC-registered clinical service. [CQC provider ID pending]. Registered prescribers assess every prescription request and can be checked on the relevant public professional register.

The Care Quality Commission regulates the clinical service. The wording “CQC-registered clinical service” does not mean the CQC approves individual treatments or regulates medicine dispensing.

Pharmacy and dispensing

Medicines are dispensed by [registered pharmacy name, GPhC premises number pending], with Superintendent Pharmacist [name, GPhC no. pending]. The General Pharmaceutical Council regulates registered pharmacies and pharmacy professionals.

A prescription authorises supply but does not prove that dispensing has happened. The pharmacy performs its own checks and can seek clarification or refuse to dispense where necessary.

Prescribing decisions and refunds

Completing screening never guarantees a prescription. Payment settlement places the request into clinical review; it does not imply approval. If the prescriber declines, a full automatic refund is started and the patient receives appropriate next-step advice.

Privacy and records

Hospitalnote is the system of record for screening, requests, prescriptions, payments, dispensing, shipment and audit history. Clinical information is not placed in Stripe metadata, URLs or payment descriptions.
